Open Code Review began as Alibaba's internal AI review assistant and was open sourced after use by tens of thousands of developers. It reads a git diff, sends the changed files to a model you configure, and returns structured comments tied to specific lines. The agent can read whole files and search the codebase. A fixed analysis pipeline handles the deterministic checks so the model isn't left to find everything alone.

Install the CLI with npm install -g @alibaba-group/open-code-review, then point it at a model endpoint.
