dev-browser keeps a browser open between calls, so an agent can navigate once, inspect the page, act and check the result without starting over. Pages are named tabs that keep state. Scripts use the Puppeteer page API, and snapshots use the accessibility tree to give stable element references. It can launch an isolated Chrome profile or attach to one you already have open.
