Splits a modeling task into three stages: analysis, code, and paper writing. You can run the whole thing or one stage. A read-only QC subagent checks each stage before the heavy computation and before long-form writing. It works in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Trae and Qoder, with a DeepSeek Harness preset.
