ClinCheck is the software where Invisalign cases are planned and approved. After a scan, the system proposes a staged plan, and the doctor reviews the 3D animation and requests changes before aligners are made.

Align has added more automation over time, and the platform works with the iTero scanner and a doctor-side suite for diagnostics, patient visuals, and case tracking.

It is tied to Invisalign aligners and requires being an Invisalign provider. Alternatives for other aligner workflows include SoftSmile, uLab Systems, and 3Shape Ortho System. ClinCheck suits orthodontists already treating with Invisalign.
