Duotrope

Writers search by genre, length, pay rate, and reading period. They log each submission and see response times from other users. Listings include submission guidelines and acceptance statistics.

It is a paid subscription with a trial. Statistics come from user reports, so they are estimates.

Submittable and Chills are related tools. Duotrope suits poets who submit work widely.
