// about Herdr

Herdr is a native desktop app for running terminals and coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex from one tab bar. It sits on a new runtime called herdr-core, so sessions keep going when you close, quit, or update the app. Agent status is reported through an open protocol, and the API is open if you want to build your own client. It's free under Apache 2.0 and runs on macOS (Apple silicon), Linux, and Windows.
