Viktor is an AI agent from Zeta Labs that lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams instead of a standalone interface. It connects to a company’s existing tools, learns the patterns of how a team works over time, and steps in with suggestions or completed work such as campaign drafts, internal apps, and reports, without waiting for someone to open a separate app.
Zeta Labs, the team behind the earlier AI email assistant Jace, launched Viktor on Slack first and expanded it to Microsoft Teams in mid-2026. The company says tens of thousands of teams have adopted it, and it has raised a $75 million Series A led by Accel. Viktor targets teams that want an AI agent that acts inside the channels where work already happens rather than one more tool to switch into.
